I’ve not always been a colourist! I started out wanting to be a painter. I’ve run my own small business, spent many years travelling and working all over the world. I even spent a summer as a tour guide on London’s sightseeing busses!
I’m happily married to the most amazing woman! I'm a dad to three wonderful boys! Based half in Margate half in London.
Over the past two decades, I’ve embarked on my greatest adventure yet, this time as a colourist for world renown visual effect companies including Framestore, Envy and Gramercy Park Studios.
After studying animation at Central Saint Martins, I worked at Framestore for over 10 years, (2007-2018), I was quickly drawn to the world of colour. It allowed me to combine my love of the arts with technical precision, and my joy for working with clients.
I have gone on to grade with some of the most recognisable brands in the industry, including Gucci, Audi, L’Oreal, Burberry, Jeep, Capital One, Barclays and Google. My time in the colour suite has also had me working on notable projects including Jangbar, the latest film of Turner-Nominated artist Zarina Bhimji, the highly acclaimed British Film Bloodcells, directed by Luke Seymore and Joseph Bull and videos for some of music’s biggest stars.
I’m currently based full time in Soho, London with Gramercy Park Studios.
